Stacy, 40, originally of Bothell, WA died unexpectedly on September 18, 2025 . Her loss was completely unexpected, and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Stacy was the beloved daughter of Sherry Killam.

Stacy was born on March 12, 1985 in Fremont, CA. Stacy attended B.E.S.T High School in Kirkland, WA , and Graduating at the age of 16. She was passionate about Early Childhood Education and Cooking. She received a scholarship to LWTC and was looking forward to attending.

Although Stacy was born with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. She always did her best to push forward. She spent countless hours researching this disease, reading medical journals and any current article about something that could help ease the pain for herself and share this information with others in the Ehlers-Danlos support groups on Facebook. Some of her family members have this syndrome have this as well, but none as a profound effect it had on Stacy.

Stacy had the incredible need to be constantly giving to others. Always buying gifts as well as giving her time to so many friends. If any one of them was going through any type of a hard time, she would step in and be there for them. She had the most open and loving heart. If any friend needed a place stay or in need of a meal, she invited them to our home where she spent talking and counseling them around the clock. Technology played a huge part in her being able to help others. If she’d received a message that someone was in trouble or in need of anything she could be on the phone with them for hours. She belonged to many groups through Facebook and from the many messages I have received, everyone loved her.

Stacy’s family and friends will miss her more than any words can ever say. Stacy suffered with this Auto-Immune Syndrome since birth, even though it can be a crippling disease, she did not let it stop her. A Celebration of Life was held in Bothell WA on October 4th 2025 where close friends her loving family spent the afternoon "Remembering Stacy" with stories of how they met and what she was like and how much they loved her and how much she will be missed. Many of the attendees were even childhood friends that kept in contact via this incredible technology we have today.

Stacy is survived by her Mother Sherry Killam, Step-Father Mark Killam Brother & sister in law Josh & Nikki Haas. Aunt Peggy Koonz. Uncle & Aunt Bob & Myfa McCann and Various Aunts & Uncles and cousins as well as a Biological Father all of which live in Ohio. The one that will miss her very deeply is her Cat Morticia. Morticia will stay with Stacy's parents Sherry & Mark for the rest of her natural life.
