Stacy’s greatest accomplishment and pride and joy were her children, Emily and Michael Garofalo. She lived a simple life with little desire for extravagant things. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her dog, Reese. Perhaps an apologue for her own life, Stacy was especially fascinated with hummingbirds and loved watching them race through the air and suddenly stop as if they were floating. In the end, Stacy forgave and was forgiven as she made amends and showed up for her family like never before. Her smile and kindness will always be remembered fondly. A life taken too soon, but never to be forgotten.
