Staci Monique Richard passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at the age of 56 after a lengthy illness.  She was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.  

She was born on May 6, 1965, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Robert Lee Richard and Bobbie Marie Adams Richard.

She was a graduate of Spring High School, Class of 1983.  She continued her education at Lon Morris College and East Texas Baptist University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1990.  She later received her master's degree in Counseling Psychology in 2000 from Angelo State University.  With this degree, she settled down in Coleman, Texas in 2002 to train teachers and families in the Head Start Program, which was a part of the Central Texas Opportunities Cooperative.  She often said she was blessed to work with this community to help so many.  It hurt her spirit to have to leave due to poor health in 2008.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert (Bob) Richard and Bobbie Richard, and her brother, Michael Richard.  Staci is survived by her brother, Dennis Richard and his wife, Melissa, and her sister, Lisa Reeves and her husband, Dean Reeves.  She will also be missed by her nephews, Derek Richard and Richard Reeves; her nieces, Courtney Anderson and Lisanne Chancey; as well as, grandnieces and grandnephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 16th at Davis Greenlawn Chapel, located at 3900 B. F. Terry Blvd. in Rosenberg, Texas 77471.
