With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Stacey Weatherbee, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Born on June 23, 1972, in Vista, California, she grew up in a lively household alongside her six siblings—Danny, Brian, Donna, Marie, Jeanette, and Diane—nurtured by the love and guidance of her parents, Doris and Bruce Claude.

She was a devoted mother to her children and found immense joy in her role as a grandmother to Kensley and Bryson. Family was the heart of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Later in life, she moved to Carson Valley, NV, where she fell in love with the beauty and serenity of the region. She embraced the quality of life there, finding peace in its landscapes and the warmth of its community.

Her presence brought light and love to those around her, and she will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to her loved ones. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A celebration of her life will be held at Minden Park on June 20 , 2025 where friends and family can gather to honor her memory.

Rest in peace, Stacey. You will be forever missed and always loved.
