Stacey Marie Dicus Ball Hammack, (50), was born on July 29, 1968 to William Dicus and Sheila O’Brien Dicus Johnson. Stacey passed away at home (Moscow Mills) on September 19, 2018 in the afternoon, after a lengthy and courageous 2 and a half-year battle against Stage 4 lung cancer with family at her side. Stacey is survived by her two children, Courtney Gardner and Jordan Ball. In addition she also cared very much for her …
