It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sophie Elton, who left this world on her own terms on the 30th of August, 2024. Born on the 27th of October, 2011, Sophie’s light shone brightly during her short time on Earth, illuminating the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
