It With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Sophie Marie "Soph" Dumas on September 14, 2024. Soph, as she was affectionately known, was born on August 12, 1941. Her vibrant personality and warm spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Soph leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness, embodied in her surviving brother, charlie dumas, and a multitude of friends and relatives who were touched by her innate generosity and infectious laughter. Her departure leaves a void that can never be filled.

Soph is survived by her devoted husband, **Thomas Edward Dumas**; her loving children, **Emily Grace Dumas**, **Michael James Dumas**, and **Claire Anne Dumas**; and her cherished grandchildren, **Liam Thomas Dumas**, **Ava Marie Dumas**, and **Ethan James Dumas**. Additionally, she is remembered fondly by her cousins, Justin Dumas, Jannarrious Jackson, and Jaderin Murray.

Though we grieve our loss, we celebrate the extraordinary life Soph lived and thank her for the precious memories she gave us. Rest in peace, Soph, you will forever be in our hearts.
