We're having the viewing of Soleil VaSham Allen on Friday 17, 21 at Cascades Mortuary from 10 to 2. Celebration of life to be announced at viewing.
The 3rd weekend of January a memorial service will be held in Ventura, CA.
In the Spring Soleil will be laid to rest with her daddy and grandfather in Vernal. UT.
