Background
Many of you know Sincere and know about his life's work in youth development, social justice, justice system reform and most profoundly in legislative advocacy and policy development to create policies and laws that support systems taking a Second Look at youth and emerging adult sentences and providing the opportunity for reductions. Over the next year the Fox family will work with Sincere's colleagues, legislative allies and extended family, to continue his work and support young adults in Virginia, Massachusetts and other states who are active in criminal justice reform efforts to enact Second look and similar legislation and policies. Funding may support a scholarship fund in Sincere's and his grandmother Rep. Gloria Fox's name.
