Background
Simon was passionate about the arts and culture in Wyoming. He served on the board of the Nicolaysen Art Museum as well as the Wyoming Arts Council. Simon loved graffiti art and in his travels would take city tours to seek out large scale murals in London, Barcelona, Lima, Denver and San Francisco. We thought it would be a fitting tribute to his passion for supporting WY artists and his chosen home of Casper to have a memorial mural created in Downtown Casper in his honor.
