Shirley Dunn Rhoten passed away on March 20, 2020. Beloved wife, step mother, sister, educator, counselor, nurse, and volunteer, is survived by her husband Larry Rhoten, stepdaughter Greta Schraer, and brothers Allen, Darrell and Greg Dunn .
