Shirley M. "Grandma Shirley" Meloy, 83, of Jeannette, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018, in Excela Westmoreland Hospital. She was born March 16, 1935, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Joseph and Ethel Davis Henry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Joseph Bloom.
