Shirley's obituary
Shirley was born on August 16, 1928 in Windsor, Ontario to Johnathon and Geraldine (Watson) Carson. She was married on August 7, 1950 to David Lee Canfield. She worked as a waitress for many years before becoming a stay at home mom. She enjoyed spending her days outside and time with her family.
Surviving Mrs. Canfield are her husband David, son Daniel of Houghton Lake, daughter Diane of Howell, as well as her grandchildren Lisa, DJ, Nicole and Erika. She is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great grandchildren as well. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, sister and her brother.
Shirley requested a small memorial service with immediate family, but we appreciate everyone's love and support. We are, however, providing a luncheon service in honor of Shirley at the family home on August 10, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
