Shirley Anne Cooper, 79 years old, passed away on December 9th, 2019 in Rochester, NY. Shirley was born in Canandaigua on October 11th, 1940 and was adopted by W. Howard Winne and Ada B. Winne. She was a very loving sister to her brother, Richard Winne. She was married to Howard F Cooper (predeceased) She was a loving mother to Howard F. Cooper Jr. of Merriam, KS (predeceased) and David S. Cooper of Rochester, NY. Shirley was also a very loving companion to her cats Midnight (predeceased) and Midnight II
