We mournfully announce the passing of Shiela Kaye Miller, 76, on Thursday, October 12, 2021.
Shiela was a long-time resident of Ottawa, Kansas where she was a hairstylist and friend to many. A memorial service will be held on November 20, 2021, at NorthWest Christian Church, 10850 W 21st St N, Wichita, Kansas, 67205.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lola Woolen; husband, Larry Miller; son-in-law, Greg Long; brother, Bill (Nelly) …
