Sherry's obituary
Sherry Lynn Holden (Rindom) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering advocacy. Born in Miami Beach, Florida, Sherry was a passionate disability rights advocate, dedicated to making the world more inclusive.
She was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, known for her vivacious spirit, healing energy, and boundless love and kindness. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Holden; beloved daughter, Alie Troy; son-in-law, Jordan Troy; cherished granddaughter, Emma Troy; father, Ernest Rindom; loving sisters, Lillie Wichinsky and Reneè Jahiel; and brothers, Ron and Jeff Rindom and many friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hilda Rindom; brother, Robert; and sister, Yvonne.
Whether she was fighting for a cause, sharing a story, or embracing those she loved, she lived life with passion and purpose. Her absence leaves an unfillable space, but her love, lessons, and laughter will live on in all who were lucky enough to know her.
