Sherri's obituary
Sherri was born on May 10, 1974 to Scott and Debbie Holliman in Quincy, CA. Later that year the family moved to Medford, OR where she grew up enjoying the outdoors and preferred race cars and softball over doll houses and Barbie dolls.
In 1992 Sherri graduated from North Medford High School and explored her new freedom as an adult. In 1994 Sherri married and later had two sons, Camran and Tanner.
In 2004 Sherri and her boys moved to Roseburg, OR where she raised them on her own to be the successful, strong, respectful young men they are today. Dedication is not a big enough word to describe Sherri’s efforts as a mother. Her boys were everything to her and there was nothing she wouldn’t do for them. They were very active in sports and she supported them at every level. She was their biggest fan! When Sherri wasn’t at the ballfield, she enjoyed basking in the sunshine, sitting by the river, taking her beloved dog Brix to the beach, planting flowers, and visiting with friends and family. There were no life challenges that held Sherri back, not even a 4-year battle with cancer. After Tanner graduated in June of 2020, he went to work with his older brother Camran out East. Sherri and the boys hitched up and set out on a cross country road trip to Georgia to get them settled. Regardless of the physical challenges she was facing, nothing was going to keep her from going on this trip with her boys. This trip was providential as it was a defining moment of “You have raised your boys, job well done”. The Lord knew he would be calling soon, and the boys will forever hold this trip close to their heart.
Sherri is survived by her two sons, Camran Lierman and Tanner Lierman of Roseburg, Parents Scott Holliman (Kathie) of Medford, Debbie Holliman of Medford, sister Heather Bettis (Joe) and nieces McKenna, Macy and Ainsley of Bend, brothers Josh Holliman of Medford, Casey Holliman of Portland, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, as well as numerous friends that loved her dearly.
Sherri was an amazing woman and will be deeply missed!
