Background
My mom survived so much, but never lost her sense of humor and love of music and nature. Although her passing was expected, the financial responsibility falls upon me, her only child, alone. She asked for a simple direct cremation, and she wished her ashes to be scattered in Washington DC over the Potomac River. I am asking for help to cover the expenses, as she was permanently disabled and has no savings or insurance. Thanks for looking and know I am so grateful for any help. She was a very loving mom and will be missed.
