Phylicia served in Public Services and enjoyed helping in those in the community.

Anyone who knew Fee, knew that she was caring , loved life, and everyone around her. She had an immense passion for her boys , family, and friends as she was always a source of positivity to be around. Her family and friends will miss her more than words can say.
