Shelley Christine Carlson Wagner Leavitt, 75, passed away on October 24, 2025, in St. George, Utah. She was born March 6, 1950, in Ogden, Utah, to Verland Eugene Carlson Sr. and Sarah Leona Davison, the youngest of three children.
Shelley grew up in Ogden, graduating from Bonneville High School and Seminary in 1968, and continued her studies at Weber State College and the Ogden LDS Institute of Religion.
