Lyndsey's obituary

In Loving Memory of Sheila Lyndsey Wilson

October 1, 1987 – July 8, 2023

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sheila Lyndsey Wilson, daughter, sister, devoted mother, aunt, and friend. Sheila departed from this world on July 8, 2023, surrounded by her mother and sisters.

Lyndsey leaves behind her mother, Janet Wilson, sisters Lee Rowland and Shannon Aymes, son Matthew Martino, and nieces and nephew; Samson, Hannah, Amelia Aymes and Brooke Rowland.

Above all, Lyndsey was a dedicated mother to her beloved son, Matt. She found joy and purpose in being Matthew's sole caregiver and providing him with unconditional love.

Lyndsey found solace in the simple pleasures of life. She was an avid reader. She loved going to the park, zoo, museums, and school events with Matthew and spending time with her family and best friend, Crystal Loving. She loved to sit up late at night with her friends laughing and making inappropriate jokes.

Lyndsey's untimely departure has left an immense void in our lives. She will be remembered for being a truly kind person but also a very private person. Even now, we see her laughing and waving her hands away to ask us to stop making such a fuss over her.

Her only wish was that Matthew is cared for and loved, which he very much will be by his Nanny, Aunts, and Cousins.

Let us remember her with love and celebrate the sweet but also funny, goofy person that she was.

In this time of grief, we find comfort in the memories we shared. May she rest in eternal peace.
