Background
It is with a heavy heart we share the news that our beloved Mother,wife,Sister,Gigi Sheila Fulmer has passed away on September 27th 2025. She was such a caring ,selfless, and loving woman. She spend many years in law enforcement, working her way to Sargent. She loved animals so much she often took in strays. Sheila had many hobbies including crocheting, decorating the house for the holidays, canning , and spending time with the family.
We are doing this so that people can share their stories and photos while also helping the family out with the funeral costs. 100% of the donations will go to the cost of the funeral, and the burial plot.
If you are in a position to donate we would be incredibly grateful. Any amount no matter how small will go to help us provide a beautiful and meaningful farewell.
