The fire  department shut down my neighborhood. Everyone got kicked out with out notice. Sheila took me in without hesitation. She was always there for me my entire life. She taught me how to live and love life when you have nothing. She taught me how to make the best of every situation. I love her! I miss her! She was the best aunt and Godmother!

I've know Sheila's family for over 50 years and Sheila never lost the sense of humor, zest for life and child-like enthusiasm that I first saw in her so long ago. Always quick with a joke and a smile, Sheila's personality burned bright and she will be missed by so many. Heartfelt condolences to her daughters, mother, sister, brothers and the whole family for their loss.

My condolences to Sheila's family. I first met Sheila when she first started doing hair she told me all about Katrina and Lee and I started babysitting Katrina every weekend she called his grandma and papaw and then the baby came along and I would go to Sheila's house and babysit them both I'm going to miss Sheila a lot she's a good friend and a good person.  Love you Sheil

Sheila is my longtime close, dare I say best, friend. We've hung in there together since the early 1980s. I will miss her forever.  Rest in peace my girl.
