Sheila Marie Carlyle, 52, passed on October 06, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. She was born on October 30, 1969, graduated from Thomas Carr Howe Community High School, and resided in Indianapolis, Indiana alongside her significant other, Joe Doss. Together, Sheila and Joe raised four children: Nicholas Doss (25), Hannah Doss (23), Grace Doss (21), and Julia Doss (18).

As evidenced by her love for their dog Bruno, cat Princess, and many other pets who resided in her home over her lifetime, Sheila was a huge lover of animals. For leisure, Sheila was an avid reader and collector of books. Her favorite novels were written by Stephen King. Sheila loved rock music - particularly 80s hair bands. Sheila was also a fantastic artist and enjoyed doing a variety of crafts. She loved to cook meals for her family and LOVED celebrating Halloween each year the day after her birthday.

Sheila will be missed by family and friends.

Services will be held at Nehemiah Bible Church on Saturday, November 19th. Doors will open at 2:00pm and the service will take place at 2:30pm with an at-location reception immediately following.
