Sheila May Bullin, 67 of Kansas City, Missouri passed away February 10, 2022 from a courageous battle with COVID Pneumonia. She was born Sheila May Heddings to Edgar Paul Heddings and Lois Faye (Riegel) Heddings in Kansas City, Kansas. She met the love of her life, Joseph Bullin while they both attended Park Hill High School, and married May 31, 1975. Together they raised Tracy, Angy, Joe, Jr. and Crystal.
