I met Shawn in bellflower when I was about 12 and he was about 14ish. We grew close like brothers. Shawn loves to dance and play basketball, but his main love was his friends or should I say his brothers! There was a small group of us that was inseparable Jeff, Marty, Vijay, myself and Shawn. The 90’s was spent mostly in the blue room. Boy was it a good time! I lost contact with Shawn for many years and I found him in Texas after I had moved there in 2006. I drove from Dallas to Corpus Christy to see him after many years. It was like we never missed a beat. Unfortunately we lost contact again. Now I’m hear writing this cause I just found out he had passed. I know now he’s in a better place chill’n with our boy Jeff who was waiting at the gates for him.  Rest easy my brother I love and miss you!
