In loving memory of our mother, Shawn Evelyn Fechner, who passed away on April 27, 2023. She was the loving mother of Scott and Andrew. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Our mother was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

Growing up, our mother was always there for us, whether we needed help with our homework or just a shoulder to cry on. She was a woman of strong faith and she instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right. Our mother was a true role model who we will always look up to. 

 The memorial service will be held at King of Kings Lutheran Church on May 13, 2023.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to King of Kings food pantry.

Mother, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest in peace.

Shawn was predeceased by her parents, Jerry and Nancy O'Brien. She leaves behind her children, Scott (Olivia) and Andrew (Viviana),  grandchildren Orentheo, Josie, Ayden, Kaleb and Emlyn, great grandchildren Liam, Xiomara and Fiona and siblings Bill (Sharon), Mike, Kelly and Tom (Patsy).
