Shatequa "Dinky" Princess McRae, 45, of Columbia, MD, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2022, after a journey with pancreatic cancer.  During her final days, she was surrounded by loving family and friends.

Dinky was born on January 1, 1977, to Brenda McRae of Ossining, New York.  From youth to adulthood, Dinky loved to have fun!  She filled any space with jokes and laughter.  We will miss her greatly.  Dinky was predeceased by her mother Brenda McRae and favorite uncle, Alfred McRae, Jr.  She is survived by her children Ialiseia McRae-Reid, Ameiiar McRae, and Aniyha McRae; her brother Raymond Pittman; and her sister LaSalle McRae.  She also leaves to mourn her favorite aunt, Martha Bryant; her lifelong best friend Chenikwa Coleman; adopted nieces Ashley Gray, Indiya Gray, and Danazja Smith; and a host of other family and friends.  Plans for a memorial service are still being finalized.
