Sharon's obituary
Sharon “Mrs. Hags” Harrington, 65, Philadelphia, PA — left us far too soon on August 22nd, 2025.
Born on June 14th, 1960 to Shirley and Robert Draft in Pittsburgh, Sharon was the sort of person who managed to be both dazzlingly clever and deeply comforting all at once. After studying at West Virginia University and then earning her MBA at the University of Pittsburgh, she went into private banking. It was there she met Stephen Harrington — they married in 1988. Together they raised three children — Shannon, Stephen, and Tara — and later welcomed the title of “GiGi,” which Sharon wore with joy and pride, beaming when Steve and Kylie's children, Sienna and Summer, were in her presence. Sharon’s greatest love story was her family. She mothered fiercely, protected gently, and spoke candidly.
She adored her friends at the beach in Rhode Island, across the table at Bridge, at dinners and Wissahickon powerwalks in Philadelphia, and on the golf course in Florida.

She was — and will remain — unforgettable.
