Sharon Lavertue gained her angel wings on March 18, 2023 surrounded by loved ones in Columbia, SC. Sharon was 59 years old born on March 27th, 1963 in Waterbury, CT.

Sharon's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that She stayed here.
When Sharon wasn't working she could be found spending time with her family. Not a day went by where Sharon didn't talk about how much her children, grandchildren and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life. 

Sharon is survived by her boyfriend Gary DeAgureo, her two children Jessica Angelicola, Justin Testa, son-law Jessie Azukas, & daughter in-law Sabrina Bates.

She is survived by her 7 grandchildren;             Destiny Azukas, Jessie Azukas, Eli Testa, Hailey Testa, Kaylie Cade, Alex & Caroline Bates, & great niece McKenna Sedlak all of South Carolina.

She is survived by her siblings; Karen, Carol, Gail, Cecile, Jimmy, Anna, Robert, Nancy, Theresa, & predeceased brother Roger.

She is survived by over 20 nieces & nephew’s & their children; Mary, Shelly, Amber, Tina, Michelle, Brian, Bob, Andy, Jason, James, Russy, Robert, Melody, & Jaylynn. Predeceased Chrissy & Sherry.

She is survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, family-friends, & friends from everywhere.

Sharon was predeceased by her Mother Maryann Dufour, father Roger Dufour. 

Services are still being organized, but a celebration of life & 60th birthday she would have been on March 27th.
