It is with deep sorrow and profound respect that we announce the passing of Sharon "Teddy" Scurlock, who left us on July 30, 2024. Born in 1941, Sharon, better known to many as Teddy, was a remarkable woman known for her warmth, wit, sophistication, and class.

Sharon was a beacon of light not only to her beloved son, Shelton Scurlock, but to the countless individuals whose lives she touched throughout the years. Her personality can be best encapsulated by her ever-bubbling spirit of joy and her unwavering politeness that drew people to her naturally. Always a lady of impeccable grace, Sharon was the epitome of sophistication.

Her kindness was legendary, with her generosity extending to everyone she met. Sharon's hospitality knew no bounds; her home was always open to those around her, providing a warm refuge filled with laughter, understanding, and love.
