My condolences to Sharon's family. I first met Sharon when we were freshman at the University of Michigan and we both lived in West Quad. 1970 was the first year women lived in that dormitory; it was historically, an all male dorm.  There were 150 women and 750 men. I was a night owl and Sharon spent a great deal of time in the study lounge. Her roommate had a boyfriend , who was always visiting, so to the lounge she would go! I was the first boy to attend from my high school in the thumb and she was one of 70 from Southfield High. She loved Psychology and I talked about my love, Political Science. We parted ways, after that year. I found out about her passing in the UM Alumni Magazine. I was glad to hear about her wonderful life and that she became a Clinical Psychologist. I became an attorney and judge and married a UM Classmate .I am heartened, that both of our dreams came to fruition and that she had a life well lived.
