How you can help
My mother went in for open heart surgery on August 5th. On the evening of the 5th we received a call from her surgeon stating that the surgery went well however they were having a very hard time waking her up from anesthesia. We were given a little hope from her surgeon that it may just take a few days. In the following days we seen some small improvements.
At this time she had been on a ventilator for one week. They started trying to take her off of ventilator however her body was getting weak at this point.
On Friday August 27th she started running a low grade fever. On Sunday August 29th we received news that she had taken a turn for the worst in the middle of the night. She was running a high fever, was unresponsive, and her body was shutting down.
At 5:29pm on Sunday August 29th she passed.
As hard as it is to ask for help.. this was very unexpected and none of her family was financially prepared.
We appreciate all donations. If you are unable to donate please share and say a prayer for our family as this is such a difficult time for all of us. Contribute
