My mom Sharon K Fitzgerald passed away April 28,2019.She was hospitalized April 9,2019.She fought hard and unfortunately lost the battle April 28,2019.Earlier in the year I had a major surgery having a foot of intestines removed and my mom became my main source of income.When she told me she may be hospitalized I went to he in California as I live in Las Vegas NV.I stayed by her side until she passed.I have had no help filing her life insurance benefits and the only help her employee has given is the group life insurance benefits that were released but cut in half because of her age.Believing my sister and nephew who she adopted would do right by her my mom had placed all 3 of us as bennificaries.Unfortunately my sister and her son refuse to help.This has left me having to use all insurance money I received to pay what I could in her funeral.Here it is a month later and my mom has not been placed to rest.Havimg to commute back and forth from here to Vegas has cost me alot as I have 5 days to pay rent or be evicted and I still can onlyfocus on my mom and needing to bury her so I can grieve and move forward.She worked in the medical field 53 years and worked as Quality Risk Management.She wanted to make sure her patients never encountered the things she has had to go through as well as family memebers.so at this time I'm seeking help Contribute
