Shari passed away July 13th at 7:20 PM after a tough fight with an aggressive cancer, which took seven weeks from diagnosis to the end of her life. With the help from Munson Hospice House, she was able to triumph over pain and pass peacefully surrounded by her family.

Sharon Ann Kraak was born on August 15th, 1954, in Holland Michigan. Her family moved to Beulah in 1971. Shari was a graduate of Benzie Central High School 1972.

Shari’s fighting spirit gave her the ability to take on all of life challenges and to stay successful in her victories. Her greatest joy and pride came from her children and grandchildren. She always shared with everyone she could on how proud she was of them.

Shari  is survived by her children: Jason &(Andrea) Kornelis,  Brooke & (Jamie) DeShasier. Grandchildren: Dillan & (Melanie) Ethan, Kadin, Elliana Kornelis, Trevor &(Kayla), Ryan, Kyle DeShasier. Kierra & Yuri. Her beloved German Shepard Ariah. Sisters: Linda Vereeke, Jody &(Kirk) Evans, Brother Kevin &(Carol) Kraak. Many nieces and nephews.

Shari is proceeded in death by her parents John “Lloyd” Kraak and Anna Jane Kraak. Sister Debi Sterzik. Brother Scott Kraak.

Shari had the best interpersonal skills. She loved and continued to work so that she could be with people.  Everybody who worked with her, loved   her because of her work ethic and kindness to everyone.
