Shari Ann Frank (nee Stern) was born in Chicago on March 30, 1956 . She was the loving daughter of the late Joan Sugar Plotkin and the late Herbert R. Stern and widow of her beloved Lawrence ( Larry)Frank. Shari passed away peacefully on her 68th birthday on March 30, 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
