SHANTEL(Breeze) GERALD, 40, from Newark, NJ, but resided in Virginia where he got his wings November 03, 2018 . Breeze was born to Doreen Gerald, and the Late Clarence Thomas, on January 21, 1978 in Newark, New Jersey. Breeze was a great man well known & Loved very adventerous & always smiling Breeze grew up in Newark, NJ on Smith street with his Grandma the late Pearl Smith he then moved with his mom in Newark as he was in and out of College as we all now his life was not the best but he lived a great life with a heart of gold & would do anything for anybody if he had it. Breeze loved his Daughters they were his life. He always told his family in Jersey to look out for his girls and his mom with a that crooked smile and a newport hanging from the side of his mouth looking like his Dad.

Breeze recieved his GED in 2000 He then met Stacy Davis in 2006 married in 2007 and had a beautiful daughter but later seperated he then relocated to Richmond, Virginia with his cousin Vandetta Letwer and started a new life. Breeze recieved several certifications as a fork lift driver, roofer plus construction. He spent his last days as a construction worker on roofs & building houses all he did was work & travel nonstop if you knew him you saw his post on face book he was always on a roof cutting pipes or on the highway. Breeze loved his mommy & kids yes he did and his sisters and brothers all of them... But baby his neices and nephews were his lifffeeeee His everything he was a fantastic uncle.

Breeze is survived by 3 children: NAVEAH GERALD,KIMORI BLAND & ANDREW KIRBY. His Sister & brother from his Mother Likisha Turnage and Keith Gerald from his dad (Sisters's)Claressa, Kisha,Tabrina, & Sherriner Williams Brothers Clarence Thomas, Robert & Frankie Wilson 25 neices & nephews & 22 great neice & great nephews & A host of aunts, unlces, Cousins, friends, & his Granfather of Raleigh North Carlina Buck Gerald. Breeze left us all some great memories He will be missed but just smile and remeber he is with god he is free but we must all keep his memories,kids, & mom strong and strengthened always as he would.
