Shannon Kathleen Wilde (Johnson), wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, died in Parker, Colorado on Friday, April 1, 2022.

Shannon was born on April 17, 1977 in Anchorage, Alaska. She grew up in Texas and eventually found her way to Colorado where she met Peter Wilde. Peter and Shannon were married on June 7, 2003. Shannon was a mother who fiercely loved her family and children, Colleen (24), Sarah (16), and William (13). She was known for her huge heart and ability to bring laughter to any situation. She was kind and generous to all who knew her, whether it be family, friends, children with special needs, or the elderly, who she cared for as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Shannon easily made friends wherever she went. She loved spending time at the lake with her family, the Denver Broncos, country music, and the Colorado mountains.

Shannon is survived by her husband, Peter Wilde; children, Colleen Johnson, Sarah Wilde, and William Wilde; parents, William and Maureen Johnson; grandmother, Zina Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Sean and Harmony Johnson and their two daughters; father-in-law, Russ Wilde III; and brothers-in-law, Russ Wilde IV and his son, and Jeffrey Wilde, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins throughout the country.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 2:00PM MST at the Olinger Funeral Home - Chapel Hill, 6601 S. Colorado Blvd., Centennial, CO 80121. A reception will be held following the service at a separate location.
