I still can’t believe he’s gone. Shay was such a good hearted loving friendly and fun person!! Everyone who ever knew him loved him!! I know he will be missed dearly, especially by his brother Jay Dee Williams whom he has been taking care of ever since their dad died. We love you Shay. Rest in Peace.
