Shannon's obituary

Shannon Rachelle Gaddis

January 27, 1983 - December 15, 2025

On December 15, 2025, Shannon passed away at the age of 42 in Indianapolis, IN.

Shannon is survived by her father, Harold Humphrey; her children, Finch and Keagen Gaddis; her grandmother, Faye Beemer; her grandfather, Bud Beemer; her sister, Dustin Marshall; and a host of extended family. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Sue Humphrey; her grandfather, Larry Humphrey; and her mother, Teresa Beemer-Humphrey.

Shannon was born January 27, 1983 in Nuremberg, Germany to Teresa Beemer-Humphrey and Harold Humphrey. She graduated from Ball State University with a degree in General Studies. For multiple companies, she was on their payroll team making sure service members, veterans, and civilian technicians alike were receiving the funding that they worked hard for. You could often find her watching Food Network, HGTV, or Hallmark movies in her time outside of work. In November of 2003 and 2006, she welcomed her children into this world, who were her most important part of her life. She fought for what she believed in above all else, love. She often gave and helped others, even when she didn’t have enough for herself. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and every person she helped along the way.
