My husband was working with Shane gave him a job and one of the days they stopped for lunch at a mexican food place and order some food. Shane laughed and asked my husband Mando if they had ketchup 🤣 My husband says I dont know so shane says Im gonna go ask and came back laughing that they looked at him crazy like this white boy! Lol Shane thought it was pretty funny.

Our family has known Merilee and kids since the first set of twins were small. We have celebrated holidays and milestones together for over 27 years. In 1998 we were pregnant at the same time. We went to the same doctor. In April of that year, I had Bryan on Easter. The next month in May Shane and Tyler were born. I can remember when Merilee was working and David watched them. Boy did they keep him busy. One day when i was at their house, Merilee was just getting home from work, David was tired and frusteated. They were doing some updating to the bathroom. The walls were being painted blue. Shane and Tyler decided to help mom. Not only were the walls blue but the tub and toilet and sink had a coat of blue too. I can also remember when Shane, Bryan and Im npt sure if it was Johnny or Tyler that was with them. Anyway as i went to check on them, i see kids lined up on both sides of the street like they are when watching a parade. Except there was no parade scheduled for that day. Just then through the crowd I see a golf cart skidding around the corner on 2 wheels. It was full of kids. Shane was driving and giving all the neighborhood kids rides. Im sure almost every kid in Rubidoux had experienced a golf cart stunt ride. Unfortunately the workers at Flabob airport needed the golf cart back so thus ended the golf cart stunt rides for the day. Shane was an energetic, enthusuastic, outgoing person. Sorry you had to go so soon. Just know that you are loved. More memories coming soon
