It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Shandra "Shandy" Williams, affectionately known as Shandy but preferred as Shandra, on April 7, 2024. Born February 10, 1966, Shandra lived a life full of love, laughter, and warmth.
Shandra is survived by her loving husband James Williams whom she married in 2003. She leaves behind her precious children, Ava Williams and Ryan Pegram, who were the light of her life. …
