Life Reflections
On Thursday, August 17, 2023 Shakel Ta Quan Washington (Kel) left us with sadness and tears but laughter and love.
Kel was born May 9, 2000 to Chauncell Fulmore in Florence County, SC.
Kel graduated from Lake City High School in
2018. He went on to attend Allen University and then enlisted in the United States Army.
