Dear Anna. As an animal rescue supporter, I read about Seuk’s passing last year and was so touched but saddened— that someone so selfless, kind and humane that made the world a better place— lost his life doing what he loved doing, flying dogs from one place to another to save them. I never knew the connection, that this was your husband, the father of your three, beautiful children, until we spoke yesterday. I am at a loss for words to convey my sympathy for your family’s loss and my gratitude for the life he lived. Your strength and perseverance is admirable. May you continue to find peace and comfort in Seuk’s legacy.

Can't believe it has been a year already since we lost Seuk. Met him once in Leesburg, and what an amazing individual he was. To this day, it pains me—my deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family.

I think about Seuk often, every time I hear about a rescued dog or transport taking place. I never had the chance to meet him in person but truly feel he was an amazing, kind individual. Our world was so much better with him in it. I’m so sorry to his family for your loss.

One year ago a Beloved son, brother, husband, father and uncle left us earthlings and, hand in paw with little Lisa, reached The Pearly Gates and received the warm welcome they deserved.
Since then, I have been praying nightly for Seuk and Lisa as well as for you all, his family. I ask God to tell them how much I too love and miss them even though we’d never met; I ask Him to tell them that they will remain my Forever Heroes.
With Seuk went so much of you… 💔
But Heaven and its animals gained a Gentle Giant, a Selfless Champion of Kindness and Generosity.
With you always,

my mother had come across the wreckage over the weekend while hiking and found out the crash victim was a fellow korean. She felt moved by the story and the wreckage that she had to find out what had happened. She was heartbroken. As a fellow korean and animal lover, we pray for him and will leave flowers the next time we come across the wreckage. Our heart goes out to the family. From the lim family

When I first skimmed the article, I thought how wonderful - maybe I'll reach out to see if we can collaborate on rescuing dogs. I am so sorry that I am reaching out instead to offer my condolences of the loss of such a shining light in our community. May your spirit live on in your beautiful children, and may your story continue to inspire us all to have the courage to chase our passion and live our best life. Thank you.

He delivered our pup, Boeing, early this year. We weren’t even looking for a dog but my relative works at the airport and wouldn’t let that pupper go.
My condolences to his loved ones. Know he brought joy and life to more than you’ll ever know.

What a great person, if only we had more people with hearts like his.

Please let us know if the pet food pantry opens up. Many of us in the county can help out. Also, we'd love to donate/contribute to getting the In Memory stickers. We will help any way we can to continue his story, his service, his spirit and his memory.
