We are horribly saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Sergio Hernandez at the age of 20. Sergio succumbed to his injuries after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on February 26, 2023.

Sergio Hernandez was born on November 04, 2002 to parents Matthew and Lily (Garza) Hernandez in Harlingen, Texas. Sergio is predeceased in death by maternal grandma Ida(Munoz) Garza, fraternal Grandpa Rudy Garza and aunt Josylin Garza . He is survived by his loving parents Matthew and Lily Hernandez, sister Emilia and brother Jose Hernandez, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

As per family request funeral services and burial will be a private ceremony with only close family members present.

Sergio dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, so the family requests that in lieu of flowers  a donation be made to your local humane society.
