Obituary
Seng Nan Tsen 曾勝男 (Jack) 76, of El Cerrito, California, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026 at UCSF. Since being diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer in October 2024, he fought a long, courageous battle to stay with his loved ones and went through every known and experimental advanced treatments available. Born on January 20, 1950, in Taiwan, he lived a life of deep dedication — to his country, his family, and his community.
