Senen's obituary
Senen Adon “Adam” Calinda, 76, passed away peacefully in the loving care of his family on October 28, 2023. He was born on February 10, 1947, in the Bronx, NY to Senen and Mercedes Rodriguez.

Senen was involved in the Latin community where he was recognized as an effective advocate for human rights, particularly focused on those in the Puerto Rican community and Veterans. He was very outgoing and social; with his infectious smile, every person he met quickly became a new friend. He had genuine love for people and had great pride in his children and grandson. He will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him.
Senen is survived by his children, Senen Calinda, III, Viviana Rodriguez-Calinda, and Christopher aCalinda; he was the beloved brother of Anthony “Tony” Calinda, Magda Calinda, and the late Lydia Calinda.
