Selina “Lee” Daphne Espinoza
Selina Espinoza, age 59, of Brandy Station, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 23rd in Orange, Virginia with family.
Born on July 11th in Remington, Virginia, Selina was the daughter of John and Yvonne Thompson. She graduated from Culpeper High School and went on to become a dietary aide at Culpeper Health and Rehab and later manager with Boxwood Recovery Center.
Selina was a loving mother to her two children Angel and Alfredo. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, and her positive outlook, kindness, strong will and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She found joy in gardening, cooking, and watching her favorite cooking shows. Selina loved animals, particularly her two cockatiels and dog, and her precious plants. She always tried to keep busy even as her physical limitations increased, her spirit remained strong, and she never gave up on enjoying life.
She is survived by her mother, Yvonne, her daughter, Angel, her son, Alfredo, her brother, Kelvin, her sister, Sharon, her nephew, Chris, and her cherished dog, Sugar. She was predeceased by her father, John.
Her warmth and love touched the lives of all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
