Condolence from a University of Iowa, College of Engineering student from the 1970's. I took Probability & Statistics from Professor. At the time, I was the only Black female in the College of Engineering. He was very supportive, encouraging, motivating. He believed in me and had a major impact on my receiving a degree in engineering from the University of Iowa. Long story but too much to document. Instantaneously he ran across my mind. I've had a successful career and stopped in my tracks to google him. My purpose was to reach out and say "THANK YOU" again! It appears I'm nearly 2 months late. That said, he'll remain a "great" man in my memory. Peace and blessings his family!
