Scotty David Long was born in Vancouver Washington on August 29th, 1967 to Steven and Janet Long. He passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family.
Scotty lived most of his life in Clark County and was privileged to experience much of the County's vibrant economic and social fabric. He attended Prairie High School for most of his High School years where he made many lifelong friends. He also …
